i tried this once but since i was in a very bad place at the time of course it did not work...i hate abe-hinks with a certain passion  but this is fairly good...

I personally love them, though their books are sometimes hard to understand for non-native-english-speaker. I'm more into their youtube videos. I love the voice of Eshter and their videos somehow calm me down + often give a very happy feeling.

My first morning went very well. It was little more time-consuming than usual because I had to search explamations for techniques as well but I'm sure it's just the beginning thing.

I especially loved the smiling excersize, did it in front of mirror and said to myself "gosh, you are beautiful"
