Article to help with resistance

Danielle Laporte's Called What to do When Things Suck, helped me with my resistance. I've been resistant for awhile and couldn't shake it. I feel the resistance in the pit of my stomach. I can be as happy as a clam but in the pit of my stomach is this sensation that not all is right. This is because I've been working so hard on being on a good vibrational plane that when unfortunate things happen I just try to ignore them, and there they go settling in my stomach. I thought addressing them would bring down my vibe, keep me from being in the present, and all other things that will distract me from my LOAΒ  practice. But, this brief article really help me today.

I can totally relate to this feeling. I've carried it around for months. I've been aware of the feeling but I didn't realise that I resist my own desire. The most important step for me was to realise that it was resistance and stop fighting against it. Holistichealing said that resistance comes from trying to control the situation. That made me think and I gave up the need to control and put it in the hands of my higher self. It maybe took me two weeks to get rid of it completely after carrying it around for nearly 7 months. It feels so good to not resist anything. <3
