Should I never give up? I am studying LOA. I know these are just echoes of the past.  No matter how bad the situation is?I  believe in loa I will have him back if i don't give up. The only thing is my resistance. Veronica said that I had to believe and act as if I already have him. How would you do that if you were me facing the current situation right now? I need your advice everyone!

You answered your own question. You expected it to happen, you maybe had fear it would happen and there it is. I don't think it's a big deal but that's easy to say if you are not in the situation. I can understand that it hurts and you want to take some action now to make things better but you can't. The best thing you can do is shift your focus on wanted things.
I can't say if you should accept it or not but I know that it gets harder to attract someone when you hold the belief that he hates you. So maybe it's best to agree and just continue with your vibrational work. If you know he wouldn't hate you if you don't accept it then do that but don't think too much about divorce. You want the love vibration and not the divorce vibration, right?
