Hi everyone, hope your all well. 

I would like some thoughts on this matter if you could.

Last night just before I went to sleep I decided I was going to send some pure unconditional love to my true love whom I am returning to me. 

If you read over my other posts you will see that I struggle to visualize moving objects (like a movie) but I can keep still images in my mind pretty good. When my eyes are closed, its hard to explain, I see black, nothing just like you would when you close your eyes but the mental picture of my love is there. 

Last night, as I was sending this pure love, I had smiling from ear to ear. Just seeing their face brought a huge smile to me. 

Right, now to the point. 

Whenever I say to myself, "visualize" or begin to think of my love, weather it is an image or anything about them thats positive. All my energy appears to go straight to my forehead, smack bang in the middle of my forehead. I feel all my brain waves shift into this one area. It feels I get the feeling of pressure in that area and only that area although it does not hurt at all its actually a nice feeling. It is hard to explain. 

Could anyone help me explain this to me?

Second of all something strange happened last night for the first time ever. Once I had closed my eyes and relaxed for a short time I got the image of my love in my mind. All of a sudden there was a flash of red coming across my top right side of the image. when that went off of a sudden I saw a blue dot on the top left side of the vision. This little dot of blue started to attract more and more blue as if it it was attracting more. It started to get bigger and bigger until it took up a quarter of my vision. This blue stayed for a fair bit of time constantly receiving more and more blue even when it stopped growing.. 

It felt really weird as I had never had that before.
