If you're in an emotional state about the break-up and haven't taken time for your emotions to calm down, yes, you should only communicate concerning your baby and keep things as light and positive as possible. I think SydneysMommy is on this forum and she was in the same position as you. Look up some of her posts. I hope I got her user name right. If you need help, everyone is here for you! You can do this!! Nothing is impossible!!!
