Due to not being able to hold my vibrations high and becoming pretty emotionless I decided today morning that I'm done with attracting S. I have had no contact for weeks with him although we work at the same compay. Yes, I still love and want him but I decided to stop all visalisations and RSing and thinking of him. Instead I intended just to focus on being happy and affirm that I'm happy, I'm blessed, I'm lucky in love etc.

Today morning as I drove to work we arrived on our company's parking lot at the same time. We had a little friendly chat. I was so happy. After lunch he messaged me on Skype, aslo just for a chit-chat. (Though he was first to stop replying.)

I don't get it. He didn't contacted me at all when I did RS twice a day and visualized a lot. First morning i didn't think about him (at least tried not to think ) I have talked to him twice... Is this a success from going general and not thinking about him (let go) or is this Universe telling me not to give up??

What do you guys think?

Do you think I should restart with visualisations and RS or just focus on being happy in general and try not to think about him?

It's because you probably released some resistance and felt relief when you decided to let go. So you were finally relaxed enough for the universe to deliver you some of your manifestation.

Those processes only work if you feel wonderful doing them. If they feel like effort, you are creating resistance instead. That's why sometimes going general can yield you faster results. It's all about being relaxed, happy and letting go of fear and worry and anxiety.

I'm feeling a lot better. Yesterday I visualized- not like before, taking this as obligation but it just happened. Basically I was just daydreaming. And I got an emotion!! It was so goooooood to feel again, I was cleaning my kitchen with big smile on my face + giggles. Oh I love visualisation when it's like this

I started to think why did I forced myself before when I didn' t get any happiness from it. I guess it's because I wanted to DO something to achieve my goal. Like you can't have fit body if you don't work out (even if you don't like to work out).

I don't know (yet) which one is the right path for manifesting but I think I'm trying to stick with going general at least for a little while. It's so good to feel happy again!

Just follow your bliss. Every day, choose the path of least resistance.. Which is- choosing in every moment the thing that makes you happiest, most relaxed, most comfortable.. We are here to thoroughly enjoy each and every moment, so if going general does it for you then that's your path to everything unfolding beautifully xx

Congrats! How do you go general? Stop thinking about him? Let go of the specific?
