    We have had a fb secret group for a while now in which we post motivational pics/ website links as a reminder. We also have a fb messenger group chat which is amazing for when you need quick advice or want to share some great moments. Feel free to join in with us. The more, the merrier! 😊

    I have thought about this alot too and I think it's a great idea. I'm game if anyone would like to partner up .

    I feel helping others gives me joy and it would be a good boost for myself and others
