You are caring about the wrong thing. Your only job is to believe in what you want and focus on that and stop looking at outside evidence(current reality ) because it is only a reflection of thing you worried about in the past.

I have to different theories to explain it to myself. The first one is that every possible universe exists independently from the others and we jump from one to another. So everyone can experience what they want without influencing someone else. The other theory is that it is like in a dream. In your dream you have a dream character (normally yourself) and there are other people you are interacting with. Your dream character can't control the other people and doesn't know what they are thinking but in reality your dream character and the other people are the same - they are all you. So don't think to much about stuff like this. Like PixelPie said concentrate on what's is really important (believe it, feel it, raise your vibration, ignore what is).

Our story is different we still loved eachother..We didn't separate because of fight or something. He left me because of bad circumstances happening with him..  And I too knew that my thoughts of fear of losing him was the cause..Now the case have become different,  he said he had no choice but to move on.. He asked me to be friends.. I didn't want that because seeing him with someone else hit me like a stone.

It was my birthday yesterday and I felt disheartened that he didn't remember  it.. Am  emotions just got out of control.

But Am sure I will manifest soon if I stop thinking about him and concentrate more on me..
