Thank you for posting this, I have been so down today and really needed a pick me up. Recently i've been too worried with the when and I know I haven't let go properly. This has put a smile on my face thank you so much for sharing this.

Its natural for your desire to not feel natural in the beginning so thats where visualizations help the more u feel the feeling real of it the more natural it feels to you.

If you don't hold any resistance towards it I don't see any reason why it should take time.
