Well I'm trying to manifest my ex back, and despite trying everything I still wonder how/when/if it will work and it gives me a sense of longing and lonliness, and I do NOT want that, but I'm not sure how to stop it. Because of this, I know what to put in the center of my focus wheel (obviously) but I don't know what rings true to enough to put in the outer sections of my focus wheel.

You just have to make statements that feel a tiny bit better to you.
So start with what you said.
I don't know when or how and I miss her.
But I'm starting to see that there's a way to feel better about this.
I'm studying LOA and I can see how my old thought patterns created this
And if I truly did create this, I can create something better
I like knowing that LOA is on my side
I feel like I'm grasping it better each day
I'm hopeful that if I do the emotional work, we will have another chance at this
I feel calm and connected to her when I visualise
And if energy is everything, then my visualisations are real..
So if I can simply shift my thoughts to appreciation, I'll be making progress
This feels relieving to me.. It's about finding a slightly better thought abd using it to build a positive momentum..
