Yes! I go to sleep like this every night. I listen to hypnosis and guided meditation. I sleep so soundly and wake up feeling good. I've actually listened to Jody Whiteley and I do enjoy her but my favourite is Jason Stephenson. Trigram Healing has some good ones too as does Taos Winds.

Guys, do you listen to the same audio repeatedly? I like to jump around and listen to different ones. I do have a few that I favour and listen to more though. However, I'm constantly searching out new ones and if I don't fall asleep right away I listen to sometimes 3 per night. I sometimes read that to be effective you need to listen to the same audio each night for a certain time frame. Do you guys think that's correct? Do you think it's still beneficial to me even though I'm always switching it up?
