How to remove limiting beliefs?

Hi all,

I have a question and hope someone can answer me

So I was trying to figure out how I attracted my situation with my guy where he spends a great time with me and I don't hear from him for a while and he comes back and rinse and repeat. I realized that I've been telling myself that he's busy he doesn't have time to see me, every time I spent time with him I'd tell myself I'd not see him for a while after this now, it became obvious to me that this is a major limiting belief. I've been using affirmations and whatnot, I'd love to hear what you guys do to remove such limiting beliefs, thanks ;)

Sounds like you've already answered your own question ☺

You already notice what you had been doing an are going about changing that story with the new one aka affirmations. Only thing I can add is maybe vizualizing him says he's making more time to be with/enjoys when you two are together etc.

That's a great idea! I have been writing down affirmations and reading them out and doing visualizations before bed with binaural beats. One thing I realized from this situation is that it really is because of my own issues that this is happening, basically if I'm telling myself he doesn't have time to see me it means that's how I see myself, I didn't think that I'm not worth making time for. So I've been telling myself I'm worthy of that and it seems to be working cause I became more certain about his feelings. I'll give it a few more weeks and see what happens
