Has anyone used RS/Lanie's PW method on someone they haven't spoken to in years? I often see on this board others using the methods and having success, but those they're using it on are in their current reality and/or have had some contact within the past few months. I'm not comparing myself, doubting, etc, just generally curious.

If so, how long were you using the methods before you saw results? I've been doing Lanies method at night right before I fall aslee, but sometimes I fall asleep before I can do it. I've made it a point to be more consistent with the PW method, and therefore believe I haven't had results due to my inconsistency.
