I thought I'd write this story because it was pure LOA before I knew what LOA was ! I was 16 when I met this boy, we'll call him John, I met him at a show and we were both involved even though I had known about him before, he was dating a girl in my class and I had been on his facebook and thought how he was exactly my type of boy but how I was most definitely not his type of girl. We met and we hit it off a little, meaning we had a quick but nice conversation and that was that, he showed no interest in me. I remember telling my friend that day that 'one day' me and him would kiss and have a chance at being together. She laughed and said 'ok whatever you think!' Years passed and me and John didn't even speak, we weren't friends at all. He was in a totally different circle. I started college and he was in my year and we recognized each other and gradually became friendly. He had changed, he was not the 'jock' type he was in school and he was interested in things I was interested in. I was with someone else at the time, but me and John started getting closer as friends. When I was 21, John asked me out while I was on a break from my long term boyfriend. Me and John kissed. I turned John down because I wanted my boyfriend back. To this day, me and John still occasionally flirt and I know he is interested in me, he even asked me to be his girlfriend again last January.

It's a short story with no happy ending per say because I'm not interested in John romantically anymore, but I knew it, I believed from the moment I met him we would come together and have a chance. I told him this story actually haha. I didn't try at all...it all happened so super naturally like the universe was like 'ok when John starts maturing and changing his interests, we will put him near you so you and him can come together'. It's actually one of my favourite stories of my life so far ! I'm 22 now, it took 4 years for John to come to me but when he came to me, it was the perfect timing for us, though I know that physically he's not my type anymore so I'm not attracted to him as I was when I was 16, but emotionally and spiritually we connect much better now than we would have back then.
