Ah-ha moment!

I just started reading Pussy Whip and for some reason, Lanie has been able turn the light bulb on inside my head. Not sure why her book of all the sources I've used gave me the 'ah-ha', but it did. I haven't even gotten to her techniques yet!

Here is my light bulb moment, as well as maybe some insight?

1. I am trying to attract a new job into my life. My current job situation is not ideal. I like what I do, I am grateful for my job, but my coworkers are literally destroying any sense of happiness I have there. I keep telling myself, "I do not want to be here anymore". Guess what? I'm still there!

So what can I tell myself while I'm at work? When I'm out of work, I'm a happy gal.

2. Before finding this community, I was petrified my guy was going to propose to his girlfriend (if he has one) around Christmas. I was a hot mess. I have no way of knowing any of this, as my guy has no social media and is essentially off the radar. Now I'm thinking, 'Sh!t, I could've influenced him to do so!' If he is.

So, if anyone is thinking something like this, or something they don't want their desired person to be doing, DONT THINK IT!

Re: Ah-ha moment!

I'm confused by your second point, DID your guy propose to his girlfriend or you don't know? I ask bc I think you're trying to get at that Lanies book made you realize you might be putting the idea into his head...my guy proposed to his new gf not even 2 months of being together, so that's an interesting concept!!

Re: Ah-ha moment!

I used to slip and think thoughts like this, but then I trained my brain to stop thinking things like that because yes it just might happen! It was hard though!

Re: Ah-ha moment!

For some reason the ONLY way I manage to stop thinking those bad thoughts right now is to go.. Ok so that happens.. So that turns out to be true... Now what.. Make peace with it as best you can, accept it may be a pathway to somewhere else. For some reason when I do that with scary situations it seems to take the wind out of them and I feel very 'neutral' for a while.

I think in terms of your job maybe keep trying to find ANY goodness you can out of the situation, think of the universe as your employer and they're just getting the new job all set up, it's in the bag and will be tangible soon.

The unexpected comes to you with ease and in miraculous ways!

It's good lanie's book helped! Sometimes you think you 'get' it then you find something new which helps you really feel it and experience it in a new way! X

it was more of a, 'if he has a girlfriend, is he going to propose?' type of paranoia. Yes,Lanies book made me realize I could be influencing his actions of that through my thoughts and feelings!

thank you TheGiver and Rosetined! Luckily I haven't had thoughts of that since I came across this community. My work situation is tough; I wonder if that negativity could be delaying my other desires not related to finding a new job?

Re: Ah-ha moment!

I think definitely negativity will hinder it, but it doesn't matter what you're happy about as long as you feel good!

There's times when you will be doing something enjoyable, or feeling good totally unrelated to what you want to attract, then what you want will fall in your lap.
