Feeling down today

I don't know why, but for some reason I just have been feeling down.. Today wasn't the best day, and I know tomorrow will be a better day it's just I been having unwanted thoughts pop up in my head today and having a feeling of lack and I don't know lonely and hopeless. I think it's because I just came back to my college from my hometown which is only 30 min away but when my mom dropped me off yesterday I was already ready to go back home. I don't enjoy living in the dorms and I prefer living at home. Next semester I am commuting but I just feel like I don't really know what I really have a passion for and what I want to do in my life as a career and I don't know how I feel about college anymore. I just feel like I am not learning anything from my classes and the town I live in is not where I enjoy being at. Also I been feeling down about my love today, but I did some visualization and scripting which helped me feel a bit better. I don't know what it is but I know tomorrow will be a better day! I kinda feel drained and tired a lot lately so I think it is affecting me too. I feel like I been focusing so much on my lover and making sure I am doing everything right. I have been focusing on myself too but Sometimes it feels like a chore. I just feel like I can't relax and really let go, and go about my day without thinking about making sure I do everything right to get my lover back. I gotten better and improved on controlling my thoughts but I think I struggle with reality sometimes like for example, one moment I act as if and I'm feeling good ignoring the current reality then a little bit later it's like my mind puts me back into reality and then I exeperience lack sometimes. I would just love to hear some encouraging words right now from you guys I just need someone to talk to. I feel lonely but living in the dorms at least to me isn't that great I feel much better back at home :/ I know this will pass and I have intentions of tomorrow being a better day, but I feel like today with my thoughts and everything threw me off a bit any advice on how to get back on track?

Noooooo! You are such an inspiration here, always! I love that you recognise you're just having a moment here. Take a nap, do some exercise or go for a walk. There is so much to be grateful for, and you know that. Remember that tomorrow is a new day, and you can start it with deliberate intentions to create magic πŸ’œ

Thank you Cherished! And yeah I was just thinking about going to sleep and then wake up in the morning refreshed and have a whole new outlook. You're right I just really want my feelings right now to pass and I know it will! I have to study for a test that I have tomorrow but since I have plenty of time to study before class tomorrow I will just finish my work in the morning I just can't seem to focus so I think tonight I will watch a funny movie and sleep!

I've been feeling the same exact wayou from about 4-5 days.  Prior to that I was excited and so positive.  Not sure what is going on, but just roll with.  You'll feel better!

Thank you for the reassurance!!! and that is awesome! Yeah I'm not sure what is going on either and yes! I try not to be too hard on myself and knowing things do pass I always think of the quote " this too shall pass" i actually just got done having a conversation with myself saying things and realizing all the good things and people I have in my life! Like what Cherished was saying I have a lot to be grateful for and I do! But I do find it weird to be feeling low, I just need to regroup

It sounds like you have a lot on your mind and it's starting to wear on you! I think you need to focus on doing anything that will help you to quiet your mind and relax. Do you meditate? Listening to meditation audio and things like nature sounds on Youtube really help to calm me. Cleansing my chakras does as well. As Cherished suggested you could go out for a walk too. I find walking really helps me to clear my head. Just focus on one thing at a time and know that everything is going to work out. I've been feeling a little similar lately. Just like I have so many little things to do and worry about. I talked to my Mom this morning and she reminded me to just focus on one thing at a time. This will pass, just keep yourself relaxed as best as you can!

Look how many times you write about feeling good tomorrow. You're not just locking yourself down to these negative thoughts. Even though they suck and they're powerful, you KNOW you can push through. How many times do you talk to people with negative thoughts who make it seem like they'll never push through?

I've been following your journey and you've been making great progress.

I think you're getting too wrapped up in the "big picture" of everything. You're worrying about your career and your future and whether or not you're following the LOA process. Those are BIG things that can be intimidating when dwell on the magnitude of them.

How about today you make your only goal feeling good in the here and now. Don't worry about now, or where you'll be in a few weeks, months, years, etc. Just get into the feeling of goodness for right now, whatever it takes.

Thank you! And no I haven't gotten around to really do any meditation but I would love to! I will definetly look into those videos, however I do a lot of yoga so that helps to relax and clear my mind. I take yoga classes at school and there is a session tonight that I am going to go to! yes since I live on campus there is a lot of walking to do so I like to listen to music or Abraham hicks while I walk to class. I will start focusing at one thing at a time and let things flow. I do have a lot on my mind and lately I been watching a lot of movies so I find myself being entertained and feeling good when I watch movies thank you so much

Thank you!! I will definetly take your advice and feel good today I feel like I been making some pretty good progress and changes that I refuse to let those negative thoughts bring me down, because when I feel down sometimes I want to be able to push through it and not let it bring me down even more to the point where I feel like I have to start over again. EFT tapping does help. Thank you for this I think I will just focus on my classes for now and not worry so much about where I am going in the future I guess I just need to take it one day at a time and making the progress I need day by day in who I want to be that will prepare me for what is to come

This is fabulous advice. It's so true- you don't need to handle the big stuff. In your alignment, the universe will totally sort all of it for you! Honestly, appreciate the small stuff, treasure hunt for the inspirational stuff, and the universe will magically bring about the big things πŸ’œπŸ˜Š
