The Solution to Problems

Today I want to share a simple method that can change virtually EVERYTHING in your life. Ready? Here it is:

CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS

I know, you probably want to throw something at me right now. That "method" sounds so trite, oversimplified, and even annoying.

But when you break down the most important elements of using the Law of Attraction deliberately, the most important step is to first change your thoughts. Your thoughts are truly the source of your greatest blessings, and your worst curses!

If you change your thoughts, everything else in your life will follow suit. In a very real sense, THE solution to ALL of your problems is to change your thoughts.

However, here is where most people go wrong with this method: they don't change their thoughts ENOUGH to make a difference. They might change their thoughts for a few days, a week, but then they revert right back to their old ways of thinking, and so nothing really changes.

But anyone who has been extremely diligent and committed to changing their thoughts long-term will tell you, IT WORKS.

In addition, sometimes changing your thoughts is not enough. Sometimes physical actions are required too. However, the right actions will be shown to you AFTER you've changed your thoughts enough that you have set up a different vibration.

Some people try to do this backwards by taking a lot of action but never really changing their thoughts, and that doesn't usually work out too well. It's not always completely ineffective; there are plenty of people who have created great changes in their lives by simply taking action, taking action, taking action. But that can be exhausting.

The formula I like to follow instead is this:

- Change your thoughts.
- Change your thoughts.
- Change your thoughts.
- Change your thoughts.
- Change your thoughts.
- Change your thoughts.
- Change your thoughts.
- Change your thoughts.
- Inspired ideas will occur to you.
- Take action on those ideas.
- Great changes will start happening.
- Change your thoughts some more.
- Change your thoughts.
- Change your thoughts.
- More inspired ideas come.
- Take action on those ideas.
- Repeat, repeat, repeat.

It's important to note that this is an ongoing, steadily unfolding process of improvement. Rarely will everything change at once. Most often, you'll create some decent improvements, then some more improvements, then a few more, and a few more, and one day you'll look back and marvel at just how much you have accomplished in the past few months.

SO - when I say "change your thoughts" what exactly do I mean?

I mean start thinking about the circumstances of your life in a better way. Think about your relationships, your state of health, your finances, your work, and everything else. What are your dominant thoughts about those things? Do you often complain or focus on things you don't want?

If you will make even a small effort to start thinking about those things in a slightly better way, you will see changes in those areas!

For any areas of your life that you would like to improve, come up with one positive affirmation, statement, intention, or even "hope" - and start saying it repeatedly each day. It may take a little time to build up some momentum, but if you are persistent you should notice things shifting gradually in a more positive direction.

Good advice. I am in the process of changing my thoughts everyday. I watched Veronica's videos and I keep in mind that our body does not want to do thag much work so it goes to the weaker vibration negativity so thag is why it is a struggle at first but keep at it. Changing thoughts can change your feelings and in that regards things start to manifest. I have had a few small things in just a few days . Thank you for this post 😌

Great post! It's taken a couple of years but I've become far more positive and learned to control my thoughts. My life keeps improving and things flow so much easier for me now. Once you start making yourself look on the bright side it becomes easier to see the good in things, even seemingly negative situations. Things can always be turned around but you need to think positive thoughts!
