Hi. I just want to write you all about my situation. We broke up about a month ago. Until recently, I've been devastated. I stayed away from social media and I couldn't look at his photo because it made me depressed and sad.

But now, I am out of depression and desperation. I am happy. I feel blessed. I don't need him but I love him and I want him. I want us to start over with positive and vibrant relationship.

So the thing is this, after I decide I am okay and felt great, I was able to post stuff in FB. For a whole month, I didn't and avoided social media.

We are still friends in FB and he's still following me on Twitter. When I post something, he will see it. Is that breaking No Contact?
