but i drank lots of water, had two ACV shots, and made Cherished's almond chocolate.....which i am eating now...yummmmmmmmmmmmm

Today I went to Whole Foods ( expensive I know) Trader Joe's and Aldi's Bought beautiful produce just enjoyed the shopping and selecting. And yes I bought natural apple cider vinegar Planning beautiful healthy meals for the week

it is just the same with me I get sea sick very easily, especially when I am mentally irritated
my day is without exercising. I has a lot of home work to do, had to defrost a large fridge in my Office since it will be picked up next week.
My eating is good so far.
you probably all know this:
My tipp is try to keep things fresh and alkaline. It helps me to sleep a lot and avoid hard to digest Food. Green Smoothies, home made fat free soup, fresh fruit and vegetables are easy to digest and do not stay in your system very Long.

I'm in. A couple weeks ago I started going to the gym. I'm doing the starting strength routine. Already gaining weight and size and my squats are up to 100kg now. I'd also love to do Yoga but I wanted to join a class and have guidance.

I normally jump in the car to go buy the Sunday paper Today I walked I spent the morning prepping vegetables so that I have everything ready for salads and meals. I have promised myself I will eat meals no more grazing and if I do it must be healthy ( no chips etc) and no mindless eating in front of the telly I am working a bit of a sweet every day into my meal plan ( a girl needs her chocolate Thanks Cherished chocolate and almonds are my favorite )

yesican great, i will have to join you trying to keep to the alkaline side. i know my blood sugars are not balanced, i'm a TERRIBLE sweet tooth aka i could honestly live on sweets and nothing else with no problems at all..... i sometimes try the green stuff but i don't like it much lol. i'll have to try more though.

barbidoll yay! i will challenge myself to walk more as well, we can do this... and yes mindless eating is terrible for you, though i do it all the time.

DAY 4
is like this:
30 minutes yoga
5 minutes exercise bike
4 glasses of water (oops)
almond chocolate
tiramisu
weight gain/loss: 0.0/0.0kg
took a pic of my body and realised it isn't as bad as i thought it was, but no one is seeing it yet muahaha

so planning out my Day 5, I will:
- do 30 minutes yoga (even if some is in corpse position lolol)
- 30 minutes bike
- drink 8 glasses of water
- get done my homeworks in 2 hours so i can go shopping
- lose 0.5kg
- manifest a blessing
let's see if i can do this!!!
