I have a cheat weekend planned for Mothers Day in March, as Im going away on Spa and will totally enjoy every bite and affirm to myself that its just making me slimmer & slimmer the more I eat it! ๐

oh yew bali!!!! and 2 lbs yay you go girl!
i'd love to make a good update on weight but still much the same lol
plan for next 24 hours:
1)ย 1.5 litres water
2)ย 20 minutes yogaย (so far done 2 mins of shoulder stand ----- loool!!!!!!!!)
3) 30 minutes bike
4) 3 cups camomile
5)ย 2 cups green tea
6)ย vitamin c, vitamin b-complex
7) muchย cherished homemade chocolateย ๐
8)ย green pills
all this while acing the homeworks! challenge accepted!!! seeeeee meeeeee gooooo!!!

How many cals are you intaking per day? Also the carbs/protein intake will affect weightloss too!

Yayy! Im so excited my fat blobs have come! These weigh 1lb each (14 lbs in total / 1 stone)
Cant weight for my clients to pick these up each week to feel how much they lost during the week!
I picked up all 14, and struggled to walk around holding them! I have actually lost 3 times this weight, god knows how i managed to walk around then! ๐ Great visuals!

oh thank you!! um i failed most of that except the chocolate and the tea LOL -----
i have no idea, i'm not really following caloriesย ย i dont eat much protein, doing mostly vegan diet, sometimes cheese and milk but not much. probably am pretty high in carbs now though.ย
and i LOVE your fat blobs! i want some!!ย
