I'm in. I'm up to 180 pounds now. 6'1". So I'm finally at a healthy, toned body weight. But I can always improve. Maybe I'll post some pics for you ladies.. haha

I HAVEN'T BEEN TO YOGA ALLLLL WEEK because I have Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. I'm kneading my thighs AND CRYING. Tried to do chair pose earlier and almost toppled over. I miss the mat!

Really? I use yoga to help with DOMS it hurts but it's really great for the muscles.

I went to physical therapy last night did the bicycle and also worked on my arms did some leg work. We had a party at work yesterday and today unfortunately ate amazingly bad choices but Tomorrow I will be back in the saddle I sit at my desk with apple cider vinegar so I remember to take it a couple of times a day lol

I went to the dance class (street dance) and I was the only boy there and I'm 18 and the girls were 15/16/17, and they're all twerking and stuff, It didnt vibrated my way you know what im saying? So for now, I'll look for another dance school. XD
And apart from that, more 150 situps! I bought an supplement too for helping with my diet.

Right?! I read that you have to work it out and hot yoga would have been perfect for it but I seriously couldn't bend my legs. I've been trying to steady myself and practicing warrior, tree, and chair at home but I end up toppling over lolololol.

i think we're all doing well.....
ive lost track of days oops but i went for a run, exercise bike, lots of cycling in the air upside down poses, shoulder stands and things, oh and swimming, so doing quite nicely...fat is still fat though, it keeps coming back whenever i eat more

ok my plan for today!!!
1) 12 glasses of water (drank 3 so far)
2) bike 20 mins
3) shoulderstands 20 mins
4) walk half an hour
5) 20 mins sun if i can find

oh and i forgot!
3 cups green tea
2 cups rooibos tea
1 cup camomile
all of these things are raising my vibe and i am getting better and better at visualizing the good things!
