so i just did an hour of yoga

but mostly....corpse position
and i fell asleep

I still cant see my abs, but well, Im 3 days on the challenge, btw should we post progress pics?

and yeah lol i wouldn't expect abs 3 days into the challenge! you can post progress pics if you like, i was going to myself but i'm starting to feel a bit shy lol
my update:

i've noticed my skin is looking suddenly much healthier though i haven't changed my lifestyle much (still not much sleep or fresh air urgh), maybe it's the yoga (even corpse yoga!!!!!!!) and the coconut oil + sweet almond oil i've been putting on my face

I had mentioned to my sister that I want to do Yoga but don't know enough to do it on my own and can't go to a class. This morning, I woke up, and some account on Instagram (one of the clients she manages) had tagged me in a photo showing the positions for a morning Yoga routine, so I did that. Felt great!

^ i love this!!
i started yoga again in the same way. i did yoga as a kid but, i became very lazy in my late teens and did no fitness. i eventually got back to it cos of a friend who is a model, she posted these amazing pics of her doing yoga and i thought i want to try something similar................ and so i started lol, stopped again when things got busy even though it felt great.
but here i am again and feeling greater!

i did another 5 mins on exercise bike and mental exercise (ie imagining exercise -- it's useful, i swear!)
also i want to kill one of my friends so i'm on high vibration from that extra energy pulsing through my body

Hi everybody,
you are all an Inspiration to me.
I did not join the gym yesterday, I was too tired. Instead I ate a lot with some friends of mine. My running Partner cancelled on me today so had a big breakfast and lunch with some Business Partners. great
