i know it is fine to clear your vibration and attract you ex back if that person is single....
In my case my girl is in a different relationship....it just sometimes bothers me how i can manifest her back when she is in vibration with someone else????
i m trying to avoid the doubt....but i just think i might need a answer for this one!!! thanks a lot....

i m sure!!! she started dating him 1 week after the break up... i got it confirmed....
she said last thursday " I love him and if everything falls in place i might marry him" to a common friend!!
i thought i might have been a rebound !!! but somehow it bothers me !!!
She was with me for 3 years and 10 days before our break up she was sure she was going to marry me...
and now it all seems upside down !!!
i dont know how i got here !!! 
 

Don't analyze and reason what you're seeing. She might drop him tomorrow so stop giving the doubts and fears any energy. Seriously. Just be like okay and know she is yours. Just pull yourself up little by little. Be confident. Get into the feel good place again. Know in your heart that you have no competition.

well i know in my heart she is mine!!! so i should pull myself up now.... tired of getting miserable on this triggers....

You have to tell yourself that you are the one she desires even if she says otherwise. That she loves you and only you. Don't give your energy to the other person ever, just remember you knew her much longer and have an advantage.

You should work on making yourself happy and learn to appreciate you too. Eventually you will have all this confidence and she will feel it and come to realize she misses you. Then she will leave the guy and go back into your arms.

i m trying!!! i have changed a lot in last 2 months...everyone can feel that...
The problem is that she lives 1000 km away and has totally blocked me...
she is totally ignoring me and her old friends and all those even remotely connected to me...
and the guy she is with works with her!!!
its the distance that bothers me!!!!
its like she just doesnt want to look!!!
