I think my February yoga goal is to do a standing mermaid pose and not wobble.
I take a Vinyasa basics class every Friday and used blocks for my Vinyasa for the first time yesterday. Totally feels better.

Hahaha I can't touch my toes either! But my Vinyasa Basics teacher said that that's totally ok and engage and bend your knees as much as you need.
