You don't want the apple to fall from the tree...

unless it's perfectly ripe.

Just saw this on another forum and it really struck a chord with me.

When we're being impatient, being worriers, fretting that our manifestations aren't coming quickly enough – we need to think: well, maybe it's not ready for us yet. We wouldn't want to bite into an unripe apple, would we? Or take the cake out of the oven until it's perfect baked? So rather than trying to desperately hurry things up (which only attracts MORE desperation and lack), we should just sit back and keep watching the branch. We know the apple will fall, so we just need to keep an eye on it. And we know it'll be damn tasty once we get our hands on it.

So true, enjoying it bit by bit... I love when things unfold slowly and not all at once. Abraham always says, you wouldn't want all the nice food you would ever eat all at once. That's why there is a buffer of time so we can line up with it.

Re: You don't want the apple to fall from the tree...

You know, I've thought about this for a while.

I'm trying to get back a guy that haven't had ANY contact with for 2 yrs. we dated for about a month before he ended things. He was the first guy I had dated after getting out of a 6 yr relationship (I ended that one and it was the best decision I ever made).

I was distraught when this guy ended it; I felt a real connection with him. But eventually I got back on the horse and began dating other guys. It never worked out.

So here I am, single, and a recent LOA discoverer (is that a word?) it dawned on me recently...

Maybe it hasn't worked out with all those other guys because THIS guy is truly meant to be mine. I just wasn't ready for him.

Sorry this is so long, but I truly believe that this is the case thank you for the reminder!!!!

Re: You don't want the apple to fall from the tree...

This is a great reminder. Just because we may not be a match to our desire right now doesn't mean it's not coming to us. We can't see everything that is unfolding behind the scenes to deliver our desire. Certain things may have to happen first so that everything is delivered perfectly for us.

Yuppp... soo true.. and we really need to practice gratitude in the unfolding also...thankful for all the bits and pieces that forms this beautiful artwork of your journey.
