    Need Help w RS

    Hey everyone!

    I would like some advice so I have been doing RS a couple times but I am not sure if it working.  Im not sure if I should alao feel aroused but I do not. Also its hard to hokd the vision of my ex.

    And lastly does anyone have any ideas for goid ways to let go if resistance? I find myself obsessing about him.
