I meditated before bed last Sunday. The usual Law of Attraction guided meditation. I was into it until towards the end because my allergies kicked in and I had to scratch my nose.
Well, maybe half an hour after meditating, I started crying. Like shaking, sobbing, bawling. No idea what I was crying about but I read it was an emotional release of negative feelings. This means that I'm progressing in my meditation (tho I haven't meditated since because I got so much anxiety the last time!). I felt heavy the whole day yesterday (Monday) due to lack of sleep and being emotionally drained.
But today, I feel new. I feel pleasant. I feel okay. I feel positive.
I'm so glad all that happened.

Yes, the crying is a natural release of energy – probably negative – and is very healthy. Don't be afraid of things like that. It makes you feel neutral and calm!
