Magic Practice Number 25- Cue The Magic
Count Your Blessings:
Make a list of ten blessings.
Write why you’re grateful.
Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say thank you, thank you, thank you, and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.
Today, be alert to what’s around you, and take at least seven gratitude cues from the events in your day. For example, if you see someone with your perfect weight, say, “Thank you for my perfect weight!”
Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your Magic Rock in one hand, and say the magic words, thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.

Magic Practice Number 28 - Remember The Magic
Count Your Blessings:
Make a list of ten blessings.
Write why you’re grateful.
Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say thank you, thank you, thank you, and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.
You have written 280 blessings over the course of this book!
Remember The Magic by counting the blessings of yesterday, and writing them down.
Ask yourself the question: What are the good things that happened yesterday?
Scan the surface of yesterday until you feel satisfied that you’ve remembered and written down all the blessings of the day.
As you remember each one, simply say the magic words, thank you, for it in your mind.
After today you can do this practice as a written list, or out loud or in your mind.
You can make a quick list of the things you’re grateful for about yesterday, or make a shorter and more detailed list and say why you’re grateful for them.
Just before you go to sleep tonight, hold your Magic Rock in one hand, and say the magic words, thank you, for the best thing that happened during the day.

The ideal way to move forward from here is to maintain the foundation of gratitude you’ve built, and gradually keep building on it through increasing your depth of feeling. The more you practice gratitude, the deeper you will be able to feel it, and the more deeply you feel it, the less time you will need to give to it. As a guide: Three days a week of Remember The Magic, or combining it with two other magical practices of your choosing, should maintain your current foundation of gratitude, and keep building the magic in your life so that your life continues to get better and better. For example, you might choose to do Remember The Magic on one day, Magical Relationships on the second, and Magic Money on the third day. Four days a week of Remember The Magic, or incorporating it with three other magical practices of your choosing, will maintain your gratitude and accelerate the magic. Five days a week of Remember The Magic, or incorporating it with four other magical practices of your choosing, will dramatically increase your happiness and the magic in every area and circumstance of your life. Six or seven days a week of Remember The Magic, or incorporating it with any other magical practices of your choosing, and you will become the true alchemist, who can turn everything into gold!

Conclusion: i'm not a rhonda fan, in fact the mention of her makes my eyes roll to an extent that can hurt...anyways i sensed i had to try this because ungratefulness bothers me and many times i have been ungrateful myself taking things for granted when we never know...also, some practices brought surprising answers, like revising a mistake from the past and working on a somewhat complicated relationship (i didnt know i had so much to thank this person, i even fell better after doing it )
my grateful list consisted of the 10 things i am really grateful for (i chose it carefully!) and now after thanking it 280 times i feel i stopped taking those things for granted. i am appreciating them more which is a good thing of course, and i will be sure to continue being grateful but rhonda dont hold your breath thinking i'm spending my precious time repeating your complicated schedule, nuh-uh!
oh, and thanks for those who brought this up!
