    Need a little support

    I came to university now for a law event of my course and when I walked into the uni, I felt as if He might have been here or is. I came across a friend who also knows my boyfriend.  And apparently they started studying today (my classes don't start yet) and he said he saw him here. I got a bit of a nervous feeling. Then when I went on fb I saw that he posted a photo that Netflix is now in our country. And.. I don't know but I can't get rid of a very nervous feeling I really feel like wanting to speak to him. Can someone please say something to calm me down? Because now I started thinking of how he is spending his time away from me and we also haven't spoken in almost 2 weeks.. I have been doing Lanies RS though these past 4 days

    It's so counter-intuitive, but the way to calm down is to go "no contact" and start recognizing how awesome you are! Think about it. You are a true miracle. You are alive. Breathing. You have so much to offer and give to this world. And to the right person. At the right time. Just realize that the Universe came together at just the right time to make sure you were born, so it'll continue to come together at the right time to make sure you live the best possible life!!!

    Focus on you. How happy you are, how blessed you are and how gorgeous you are then when he sees you you will be the girl he fell for before. Relax.

    I feel the same  way i just started my one on one coaching with Veronica today. I really want him to text me. I tried the video but i think my fear is what may be stopping it? Anyone else try the video about getting someone to text you?
