You're not going to get fast results, or any positive results, if you are currently in this emotional state.
Just take some time out, 5 minutes, to be in the present and appreciate things around you, even if you're at a job you hate. Appreciate your co-worker/s, the fact you can earn money, the fact you even have a job. Just something tiny to shift your emotions to something a little more positive.

I talked to him and he seemed distant...I then said that i can leave him alone if he wants. he said ok i'll talk to you later. i feel like i m losing him...i m finding it too hard not to give in to these emotions.

You are always in charge of your emotions β your emotions are NEVER in charge of you. Your thoughts control your emotions, and therefore you have the power to change them, via changing your thoughts. Say to yourself "STOP" every time you get a negative thought. They are simply not worth getting stressed about.

its so hard and he seems so distant...i want him back to the way he was with me.... i keep asking for that . its hard to be positive....really hard...logically it makes sense but my emtions...

It's natural to feel low sometimes you're only human take time out to do something you like, eat your favourite food for dinner and watch a good tv show or plan a holiday for your future

everyone was invited on that cabin trip.... i feel like i have no friends... the universe is really making it hard to not feel lack or sadness or anything. I have done alot over the course of time and i though that good stuff would last longer....

Confused, please listen to the advice people are giving you β focusing on these things are not doing you OR your mental health any good, or your manifestations. Take an evening to just treat yourself, chill out, and distract yourself with a movie. YOU are the most important thing, start loving yourself. Taking small steps to feel good, and not dwell on things, is the key to moving forward.

I have been doing good its just these fears. How do i know this stuff will actually happen or im crazy... i like to take action...
