I was reading more about it and it also saids it's helpful for forgiving the past. Which is weird because the other day if you look at my other post he said to me that the past is the past and that he doesn't want to live in it but I seem to have problems letting go of some things.

Yea He was so loving though. Like I mean when he told me that that night he was saying that our old relationship was in the past. It was like he wanted to move forward with a new one but me holding on to the past was a block. He has been very loving so I'm hoping maybe this will take care of the last block

Yea I am focusing on the love I also want to better other areas in my life too.

Thats how I learned about LOA    I was in the darkest of dark places for  a couple of years   I kept asking God to show me what I had to do  to get my life back   and I found a copy of The Secret  on top of a garbage bin   At first I thought it was religious  but I took it home anyway  ( just felt I should)  and looked through it    It was exactly what I needed to read
