Hi all! I'm new to the forums and have recently re-discovered LoA. This time, I'm really set on making it a way of life and not just something I turn to when I need it (like in the past).
I'm wondering if you folks have a daily routine that you follow? I've started meditating but it's not something I do in the morning (but now that the holidays are over, I'll be doing it in the mornings). I mostly do guided meditation for 20 minutes, write in my gratitude and affirmation journal, and then read up on LoA. When I get negative feelings, I pause, acknowledge them, shake them off and flick them away. Is this the proper way?

Sounds great to me! I just visualize for 5-10 minutes in the morning then again in the afternoon and then again before bed. Throughout the day I am generally happy and try to do things I enjoy. I try not to worry about manifesting stuff and just relax.
