That's super advice for a lot of people. I had that problem with Aust after our initial break up. Paranoid that he was seeing someone. Constantly thinking about these other women he could be sleeping with being that he's an attractive man in a popular band. Then he got a gf because of all the attention I put on it. When I decided to forget about him, they broke up and he came back.

We're more attractive the more secure we appear and we're feeling true happiness when we feel content with ourselves.

You are special and of this universe. You ARE the universe. You are infinite. You create your reality. Remember this. Do not let yourself get discourage. Refocus.

Aww Morgan, this encourages me alot What do you really mean of forget about him? like literally just giveup or just decided not to love him anymore?

That's why the people who manifested what they want ask you to be happy and be confident about yourself.

Whenever you feel down or if someone give you negativity, just smile, even if it is fake. It will make you stronger. Everything will fall in place. Just remember, you are the creator of your life

On a side note, I also get those negative feelings but I push it hard saying you cannot beat me. I am strong and I am creating my life!

It is okay Hisoneandonly. I know that you will eventually respond as I used law of attraction here The affirmations help you for sure! There are subliminal affirmation videos and some videos you can listen while you are doing other chores. Play it as you do your works. It will surely help you!

I've sent an email to lanie asked her what should I do with using lanie method for the situation of mine right now, she asked me to move on and attract someone better..she said she just  figured out in life that if things are meant to be they will be..argh I'm so confused.
