They make me sad, I usually ending up crying if I look at that, as it reminds me he no longer wants to be with me and of all the things I messed up in the perfect relationship we had but I kept pushing his buttons untill he couldnt take it any longer. Its all negative feelings of shame, loss, anger, guilt, regret and heartbreak. As much as i cherish all those memories, a part of still hurts amd blames myself for the outcome of our relationship. So maybe it is best to remove them and if its meant to be, Im sure we can make even better happier new memories together.

Hi Baby_r, I try to do RS/visualise twice a day if I can, although at night I'm so tired that I drift WAAAAAY off track and fall asleep so I'm not sure how effective that session is lol 😜
