lucky, I found out today mine seems to have a child with her new boyfriend, guess I'm done. Even if she comes back no way I'll want to take care of that child. So I guess that it's done

You do that by imagining and feeling that you already have your desire now.

If you read the chapter entitled Failure in Neville's book, The Power of Awareness, he explains very well how to do this.

Maybe stuff on confidence, esteem and why do we self-sabotage , I know I do and surely I'm not the only one. I also have lots of trouble shuting the mind off when trying to meditate...or tricks to handle meditation properly. Maybe something on writer's block. I had something else in mind but I forgot maybe it will comeback. Thanks for all you're doing
