Hi! My Sp lives far away. However that doesn’t deter me. You’re only as close as you feel. I woke up to a tweet today that said “for the first time in 5 years I’m not single”. And tbh at first i was like “well that sucks to wake up to”. But now I’m trying to shift that to “this person will show him why I’m better”.
Are there any other things i can use in this situation? Thank you

Hi! I’m achieving my goal of my SP. but i have a quick question. Are people supposed to come out of the woodworks and contact me? Praise me, tell me I’m pretty, want to take me out and such? Im talking people who wouldn’t give me the time of day in college and new people just wanting to contact me on social media. Am i on the right track?

My SP lives 500 miles away. But earlier this week i was jokingly looking at plan tickets for my birthday weekend. 20 mins later he called me to tell me he’s having a music festival that weekend. So my best friend found a plane and hotel bundle and WE ARE GOING!
Also spent so much time with him on FT lately. Watching shows. Or talking about life. Ans when we’re watching shows I’ll look at him ans he’s smiling at me. And it feels like home.

i spent a lot of yesterday correcting my inner story. When I’d be like
“I’m annoying to my sp” instead i went “my sp wants to hear from me. He values me. He thinks I’m beautiful”
i called him on my way home from work and he answered on the second ring. I spent pretty much entire evening with him. It was filled with a lot of compliments like “you’re so pretty”- which isn’t common but it’s rare when he’s sober, and he was. We even fell asleep on FaceTime. It’s cute because he always wakes up a bit before his alarm and shuts off the call so it doesn’t wake me.
he put in his 2 weeks at his job today so soon he will be having weekends off. So it’s safe to say i think he will come visit me soon 💓

Hey Cynthia thank you! I appreciate the feed back. I actually have never heard of the law of assumption! So by what your suggest is taking this as a positive? Such as a “he may be away but he’s missing me”, “he wants to talk to me right now”, etc?

Hi! So i work in customer service and i used to think to myself things like “oh god i wonder how mean people would be today” and they would be so mean!
Well today i choose you flip that script. I thought “i wonder how wonderful today will be!” “They want to make your job easy”, “i love my job. I’m happy to be here” and just with those few things i said to myself- the day was WONDERFUL! Not only were my sales larger than normal, but customers were nice, and my boss even bought me lunch!
I’m thrilled!

Hi! Okay so i have a SP who lives in another state. Recently his grandma was diagnosed with a terminally ill. So he reached out ( we talk pretty much everyday on the phone/FT) and be basically said “hey I’m sorry if I’m distance this happened and I’m sorry if it’s you putting in more work. I don’t want to lose you or our friendship”.
So my question is even thought i view this person romantically - they are my friend. Am i allowed to reach out? Because typically anyone in my life going thru this type of grief I’d reach out to
It’s weird because the last week or two they’ve been a bit more distant. Less FaceTime calls, and txt message, and i was wondering how i could be helpful but also atyrwct this person.
