Just finished part 1, I literally cried my eyes out lol. I'm doing part 2 later

They definitely brought a few tears to my eyes lol. After I did the second one I felt so energetically drained but peaceful. Plan doing it accordingly, you might not want to do it before work or exercising...lol.

I rarely set aside a time to visualize especially with my eyes closed. The best time for me to visualize is when I'm driving or taking a walk...whatever feels better is what is going to be more effective for you.

Here's kind of a success story for you. A few months ago my guy ended up dating someone for a few weeks... I was absolutely panicked to the point I ended up going to the doctor for stomach problems caused by the horrible anxiety. When I finally felt a little better about the situation I made up my mind to not check his Facebook page which was what got me into trouble to begin with. I broke down after 2 days of not checking and guess what? His relationship status was changed to single, he deleted the girl from his friends, and deleted all traces of her on his profile. Just after two days of not giving it any attention. Moral of the story.... Don't focus on the other girl!!!

I've been reading the book E-Squared by Pam Groot and the one experiment that has really resonated with me and I've been using quite a bit is her Abracadabra experiment. I've been getting messages left and right from my guy after simply setting an intention to receive messages from him within two days and letting go. Well he wanted to see me Monday night but I couldn't do it so suggested the next night or Wednesday night. Long story short, I thought Wednesday was going to work and he thought I was coming over Tuesday. He told me that Wednesday wasn't going to work and seeing each other would be difficult the next week because he's moving. Not gonna lie, I got pretty angry about his lack of communication skills but I was able to feel better about it later enough to say to myself, "I intend to physically be with so-and-so within the next 48 hours". The next evening (last night) he messaged me saying his plans fell through and he invited me over. It happened less than 24 hours! I honestly wasn't expecting to see him until next week, so my socks were blown off my feet in surprise. I'm definitely going to keep doing this!!

You should simply find your alignment and trust that things will work out perfectly for everyone. I know that can seem like frustrating advice, but if you are down with the fundamentals of LOA you would have experienced this yourself- the fact that when you do NOTHING except FEEL BETTER, things seem to rearrange themselves in your favour. 😘

Thank you Cherished, I did see him last night and overall it was a great night.  I do have a question though. Do I ask him about the girl he dated shortly a month ago? He told me he had been suicidal last month so when I heard that I didn't think I should have interrogated him with questions about it. I hinted around quite a bit but he completely ignored her and acted like I was the only girl he's been seeing. I was hoping he'd bring it up because I hate bringing up stuff like that. I want him to be honest and upfront with me about it but then I think, does it really matter in the long scheme of things? My friend says I need to get down to the bottom of this but I'd rather be less aggressive about it. I'd appreciate the advice

Hey guys, don't know if you remember me, I haven't really posted in awhile. I've been on a bumpy the last few months (have been on and off with my ex, and found out a month ago he was in a relationship -- when I stopped looking at his Facebook page for two days, she literally disappeared out of sight and we are starting to talk again...funny how that works? Hah). Anyway we were going to meet up again after not seeing each other in three months this past weekend but he got wound up with work engagements so then I flirtingly reminded him that we had our first kiss last July 4th and he replied positively back saying we should "repeat" and we should see the fireworks this year like what we did last year. I couldn't get a definite answer from him if its "on" yet...meanwhile I just found out my sister wants to invite my family over for a BBQ that evening, and I'm sure she would be very upset if I abandoned a family dinner for a boy I haven't even been "regular" with (she doesn't even like him anyway). I'm really torn about how I should feel and what I should do...my friend says I need to let him message me about the fireworks but I also would like to know as soon as possible so I can let my family know what I'm doing. And should I even go? I really want to see him...but I also don't want to be guilt tripped by family for not being with them. Everything is so up in the air right now, and it's driving me crazy not knowing whats going on. Any ideas what I should do?

It really doesn't matter when and how you visualize. I personally find it better to do it when I'm taking a walk or taking a relaxing drive or if I'm bored. You shouldn't force yourself to visualize either, forcing it just sends vibes that you need it, then you keep needing it. The reason people say to do it before you go to bed is because you're in a relaxed state and energy is transmitted more easily and it might reprogram the subconscious more easily. I've never been able to visualize very well at night, so if you find it easier to do it when you're out and about during the day, it will be more effective for you anyway. Everything is supposed to feel easy right? So just do whatever feels best and easiest for you, and you will manifest what you want. All you really need is belief and trust something will manifest anyway, visualizing isn't even necessary. So if you don't feel like visualizing? Don't even do it. Visualization is just a tool to make you feel good, if you have to make yourself do it then it's not going to be effective.

Thank you Milk & Honey, I'll try focusing on those things. Β  Those negative thoughts had crossed my mind in the past, but they never bothered me again. And I've been in such good vibration about it lately, it felt kind of a blow why this happened all of a sudden. I'm trying to see this as a more positive thing -- maybe this occurred to make him realize how much of a gem I am and that he needs me. Maybe this is just a fancy and I shouldn't think of it like that, I don't know.
