I'm looking for a yoga retreat. Have you already tried this kind of retreat? if yes would you recommend one in Europe  ? Something not so expensive.
I'm trying to get my vibes up, may be a good travel + Yoga is a good idea.

Actually, I'm focusing onn my life, and my hobbies. I wrote a list of what I want on my new love and how my relatonship would be like.
I want some advices, I tried to visualize the problem when I visualize my new part usually I got my ex face. 
Is it oki? I love how he used to treat me, I love his clothes style and his sweet face.
But surely, I want a new person may be looking as him.
Any advices?
I havve another questions, before seeing my ex lately and knowing abbout his marriage, I was getting many signs about him. Seeing his name everywhere, first and last name. Seeing his bag many times  (he has a green special bag, that I didn't used to see only with him), getting informations about his original country.
I got even facebook requests and insta requests from pepole from his "city " not only his country.
I asked even to see a pink flaminco if we are meant to be together and I saw it some days later everywhere etc etc. 
I am just a little bit shocked about the marriage and the signs, Any thoughts plz?


 

Good news Vera :D You are doing well! When reading your last update unconscously I visualized him visiting you in your city, and hugging you I'm sending you good vibes! Waiting for your next update ;)

Just try to forget about the relationship and about him, and do something  that makes you happy. Travel with some friends for a weekend, visit a sweet couple hwo has a baby, play with your cousins childrens, .. children are so cute you can get busy withh them and they have a beautiful smile, they will show you how life is beautiful .. or make a new hair cut, buy new clothes .. just make something different every day.
Readiing books, or seeing a fiilm is a good technique to leave you current life and get into others life.
It helped me a lot, when I was in the same phase as you. and it still helping me.
When I feel down, the first thing I do in the morining, I do my make up, i meditate, read some beautiful stories, I put colorful clothes, new clothes. No black clothes! etc .. 
I took some pictures of myself, it make me feeling beautiful and desired .. 
I kow at the begginnig is so difficult, but practice will help you. Otherwise, I saw a therapist who helped me a lot to stop negatives thoughts, and to focus on myself. You can try it if you feel very devastated.

We can say that we had the same journey with a bit of diffrence.
1 month after the breakup I saw a therapist and she helped me a lot to find joy in my life and to focus again in my work.
She told me the same thing about my love that he is toxic and that he has to see a therapist and that he is afraid of engagement.. And she made me hypnosis to attract the best partner for me.
After finishing seeing her, I did 5 sessions and it helped me a lot .
But 2 months after finishing the therapy I discovered the secret I rralised that the break up was a result of my fears. As a believer, we may be haven't the same religion background but I begin to see ckearly what God is telling me all the time: "lord said pray to me and I accept all your prayers "
It's all a matter of faith.
So for me it becomes as a challenge, those who succeded to bring their ex back. For sure, they had "more faith than me " (for now)
I want to find faith and God, and this journey to get him back in fact I see it  as a journey to get my faith back to get me back, not just a relationship that I want to have with him.
Now it's up to you to make the choice that makes you happy.
