Focus Wheels
I wrote about these in another thread but I can't find it. I love focus wheels and I use them often when I'm feeling icky about something and need to raise my vibration.
I'm going to exemplify the way I do my Focus Wheels. I'm obviously going to choose the topic of my specific person, as that is the hot topic of manifestation here! π
This process will help you to change your thoughts rather quickly. The first thing you need to do is draw a big circle on a piece of paper. Then draw a second small circle in the middle. You are going to divided the outer circle into 12 pieces. So it looks like a cake cut into 12, with a small circle in the middle.
There is an app you can buy that negates the need to draw anything!
At the top of my piece of paper I'm going to write the limiting thought that I have going on. So perhaps it is:
"I'm never going to attract my guy back."
Moving into the first segment of the circle, I'm going to try and reach for a thought that feels slightly better than my statement. The thought that I'm going to choose is:
"I'm really lucky to have stumbled across LOA."
That actually feels a little bit better, and provides me with some relief. I'm moving on to segment number two. I'm reaching for a slightly better thought:
"Many many people have managed to attract their exes back."
Yup, that feels a slightly better, so I'm moving onto segment number three. Okay what's the better thought:
"I need him back by Christmas! Eeeeek!"
NOOOOOOO. No, that's a terrible thought, it makes me feel worse so I'm going to delete that and try again.
"The universe is working on my behalf to bring me all of my desires."
Yes that one feels great!
So, around I go, until I get to 12. The idea is that with each tiny step in the direction of more positivity, the momentum of LOA will bring you a better thought, and a lovelier thought, and soon you'll be beaming as you get to segment 12.
In the middle of my cake, I'm going to write where I have now arrived..
"My guy absolutely adores me, he can't live without me!"
That's the process, and I highly recommend practicing these often. They really help me when I'm feeling stuck. The app I found under LOA Focus Wheel. But writing them is better, it increases your positive momentum xx
